Our company handcrafts each product in approximately 10 – 15 BUSINESS DAYS. Shipping times will need to be added to that time frame.
Look for pre-made items that are available for immediate shipping in the page and product listings.
We always love creating new products however due to the amount of requests we receive, custom orders will need to be reviewed on an individual basis to determine material and labour needs. Custom order requests may take up to 2 weeks to respond to so please be patient as we are probably putting products together (or walking the dog)
West Coast Handmade sometimes uses unique, vintage or one-of-a kind textiles, fibres, buttons, embellishments and materials that cannot be replicated nor sourced again from our suppliers. This means that for some items, there are only a small amount of pieces available and once sold out, they can never be made again. Sometimes variations can be accommodated so if a piece is sold out, please contact us as we may be able to offer a similar variation that is not shown on our website.
As we are designing and making or adjusting our product lines, we make a lot of samples to ensure our products meet our standards – this means we often have left over samples that have some slight imperfections but that are still very usable. We offer these items in our Sample Sale section and one sold are gone forever.

We understand that shipping rates can greatly increase the costs of goods when purchased online. West Coast Handmade offers Standard Flat Rate Shipping for Canada, the United States and several International destinations.

The following Standard Flat Shipping Rates and Carriers apply:
Canada – $12 flat shipping rate – shipped through Canada Post
United States – $17 flat shipping rate – shipped through Canada Post
Mexico – $20 flat shipping rate – shipped through Canada Post
United Kingdom – $25 flat shipping rate – shipped through Canada Post
Australia – $30 flat shipping rate – shipped through Canada Post
Once shipped by West Coast Handmade, our company is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
We happily support and love our international customers. We do the best to accommodate the Standard Flat Rate Shipping Policy for all our orders however some International Orders may require additional postage and customs clearance.

West Coast Handmade is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping. These charges come from your country during importation of your package.

Items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
We take great care to ensure products are handmade to the highest quality possible; however, should you experience defective craftsmanship within 30 days of your purchase, please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) as soon as possible so we can rectify the situation. We may request pictures of the product to further review options with you.
